Return & Refund Policy

All returns must be authorized by Express Kitchens Factory Outlet prior to return shipment.

Returns must be received by Express Kitchens Factory Outlet within 30 days of purchase at 2907 Main St, Hartford CT 06120.

All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging and will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Any returned product which is deemed unsellable will not receive credit or refund.

We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any Clearance items.
