Return & Refund Policy

      • Most returns must be within 30 days of purchase with original invoice: exceptions below.
      • Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging and Resalable condition, and may incur up to a 30% restocking fee.
      • Any product which is deemed unsellable will not receive credit or refund.
      • We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any Clearance items.
      • On purchases made on Credit Cards, refunds will be issued on the same credit card.
      • On purchases made by Cash, refunds will be issued by check to the person named on the invoice with proper ID and mailed within 5 business days. Customer can request to Pick Up check in person at time of return.
      • On purchases made by Check, refunds will be issued by check to the person named on the check and mailed within 5 business days. Customer can request to Pick Up check in person at time of return.

Window Orders

-  No Refunds, Return or Exchanges on Special Order. Stock Sizes can be returned/exchanged within 30 days with a receipt, only in brand new condition subject to a $10.00 restock charge. Clearance Windows are all Final Sale. Inspect all glass at time of pick up, no returns with broken glass. All window orders must be picked up within 30 days.

 Repair Items

-  Any repair for a seal failure (foggy) can have the glasses replaced as long as the customer understands that the glass Will become foggy again over time as the seal is broken. We cannot guarantee seal failure.

-  All new screen measurements (outer tip to tip) are owned by customer, can not be altered or refunded once made.

 Siding Items

-  No refunds on Special Orders. Stock colors can be exchanged Monday through Friday 8-4 within 14 days as full squares and full pieces. 20% restocking fee on all returns of Stock within 14 days Monday through Friday only.

 Clearance Items

-  All Clearance cabinets and accessories, Windows, Appliances including floor models and dent/scratch are Final as is Sale with no refund, return or exchanges.

 All Appliances

-  No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges. All New appliances come with a manufactures warranty, please refer to the manufacturer warranty for any claims.
